Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once an illustration has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We encourage you to review our license terms before making a purchase to ensure our illustrations meet your needs.

Subscription Plans

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

• Partial refunds for unused time are not available.
• Any credits included with your subscription remain available until used or your subscription expires.
• Cancellation does not affect previously downloaded illustrations or their licenses.

Credit Purchases

Credit purchases are non-refundable. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely and do not expire.

Exceptions

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

• Technical errors on our end resulting in duplicate charges
• Failure to deliver purchased content due to system errors
• Other extenuating circumstances at our discretion
